Version 1.0, effective 28 October 2026

These terms apply to thenearmissshow.com, including the free ASP and CSP exam prep portals. By using the site or creating a free account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Free for your own study

The study plans, practice questions, mock exams, explanations, formula sheets and other learning materials are free. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial study for a professional exam. You may share links to the site with anyone.

What you may not do

Who owns the content

All questions, answers, explanations, study plans, videos, designs and the Near Miss Show name and logo are original work owned by Adnan Zafar (AZL), The Near Miss Show, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Our questions contain unique details that let us identify copies. Using the site doesn't give you any ownership or licence beyond the personal study use above.

Your account

Accounts are free and personal to you. Give a real email address and keep access to it secure. To protect the content, signed-in use has fair daily limits. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without notice.

Not an official exam source

Our questions are original practice items written by The Near Miss Show team. They are not real exam questions and are not taken from any exam or commercial question bank. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). ASP and CSP are registered marks of BCSP. Practice scores and The Catch certificates don't predict or guarantee an exam result.

Educational content only

The content is for education. It isn't professional, legal or engineering advice for any specific workplace. Always follow the law, standards and competent advice that apply to your situation. We work hard to be accurate, but the site is provided as it is, and we aren't liable for losses from relying on it, to the extent the law allows.

If someone copies our work

We take copying seriously and will act against it, including takedown requests to hosting providers, search engines and social networks, and legal action where needed. If you see our content published elsewhere, please tell us at azl@thenearmissshow.com.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above will change, and continued use means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
